Bussin’ with the Boys episode with Travis Kelce turned out to be a huge sucess for the podcast crew.
Since the pop superstar Taylor Swift came into the life of the Kansas City Chiefs star, he has gained profound success– whether be it his fan following, his New Heights podcast, or his merchandise sale. Not to mention, she was being called a ‘lucky charm’ for the Chiefs last season, when they won their second consecutive Super Bowl victory.
However, there remain some people rigid in their opinion that the news surrounding Travis Kelce has been too much of Swift-coded. And it appears the host of HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, who hasn’t spoken of the celebrity couple till now, has joined the queue of critics.
Bill Maher recently made a pass at the three-time Super Bowl champion, in reference to, his recent appearance on Bussin’ with the Boys podcast hosted by Taylor Lewan and Will Compton. He called out Kelce for talking only about his girlfriend on a sports podcast– which not to mention turned out to be a big hit for the podcast crew.
New rule: don’t go on a sports podcast and talk about your girlfriend. It’s a sports podcast; you’re supposed to talk about scores and trades and how fast some guy can run. You know, gay stuff.

Contrary to what Maher may have expected, fans don’t seem to agree with him. They called him “irrelevant” and not funny. Some even argued that the star tight end was asked those questions about his girlfriend and so he answered.

Regardless of the opinions, critics have of the nine-time Pro Bowler, he sure has won the hearts of his fans. Swifties have even labeled him the “boyfriend goal” for the way he hyped up his superstar girlfriend after she completed her three-day concert in Dublin.
At the Bussin’ with the Boys podcast, Kelce openly talked about his romance and how he fell in love with it. In addition to this, he also shared how proud he is of Swift and he wants the whole world to know that.
Given the amount of criticism, the fairytale couple had to endure throughout 2023, they may have gotten immune to it, just like how the tight end got used to the constant spotlight and media attention on him for the past year.
